[arm-allstar] Can Not Connect To Node.

Hi Steve,

This error typically indicates that the system time has "jumped" in a 
negative direction; either that or you're trying to connect immediately as 
you start the asterisk software???

I *think* I got all the time-of-day jumping issues resolved many moons
ago...

Please start asterisk and give it a few seconds to settle down and then 
try connecting via echolink....Or, if asterisk was already running for a 
period of time and you got this error, I'll take another look through the 
code for time-of-day delta issues.
