This is very cool and will be a nice improvement over my manually initiated
"weather alert" tail message setup here.    A question:  Is there any way to
test it is really working without waiting for an actual weather service
alert?   I suppose I could play around with the county setting to set it to
a county actually experiencing a real alert.
