[arm-allstar] any sneaky ways to set idrecording

I have figured out the AGI interface (somewhat, I'm not an expert).
Is there a way to set idrecording so I can change it from time to
time?  ... or for that matter any of the other config parameters at
run time?

While we're on the subject, app_rpt config file has  notelemtx.  Does
Doug's Raspberry Pi version have it? I don't see it in the config file
and I don't have access to the source to look.
