[arm-allstar] say text only to phone

I have a phone ( zoiper ) connection to a radio node.  I want to launch an
external application that plays audio back to the phone but not out over
the air.  I use the scripting through autopatch feature to launch the
external script.  ( I am trying to use hamlib to retrieve the frequency of
the connected radio and say it back to the phone )

I have tried speaktext.sh but the sound not only goes to the phone but keys
the radio transmitter as well.

There must be some other obvious way I am missing.  Anyone have any ideas?
