Hi Everyone,
I use these quarter-sized DC-DC converters to power my BF-888 radios, etc.
The work great!

...Set the output voltage to about 3.8V -before- attaching to the radio.
Then, the input to the DC-DC converter can connect to any convenient input
source from about 7V to 24V DC.
