[arm-allstar] Echolink Proxy

I do have a question on Echolink Proxy. I was doing some reading on the
subject and read some conflicting information.

My question to the group is, Can the same AllstarLink Node that already has
Echolink installed also be a Proxy? Or like I read it needs to be on two
separate servers? I would guess it needs to be two for the amount of
traffic through the same server?
