[arm-allstar] weather ... or not

A year ago, when my local NWS office stopped producing podcasts of 5-day
forecasts and alerts, I installed the W0ANM scripts and bought a license for
Diane's voice from CEPSTRAL to speak the text message forecasts that were
still available.  Now NWS have stopped producing text forecasts. 

I wonder what other people are doing to get a forecast into their Allstar
setup? (alerts and warnings are still available, but not forecasts).
