[arm-allstar] Filesystem Sizing Issue

Sorry, I misread your email.
If you have access to a Linux system, you may be able to use resize2fs
to shrink the filesystem and then I suppose head or truncate to trim
the disk image - which I think (emphasis on *think*) should work. If
