[arm-allstar] Some DTMF tones not detected

Matt,

 Yes, that and level adjusting will usually fix it. Also some radios like
the Baofengs need to have tone feedback tuned off. The problem is they
don't mute the mic when the tones are sent and
you get a dual audio path.  For those using a Baofeng see -
