[arm-allstar] Need some troubleshooting help with Allstar/RPi2/888 w/ FOB

Jason,

 Note that if that was a late radio from Devon it may have the corrected
PTT. Then you would set it to 0  and carrierfrom=usb.   Contact Devon and
see what he says for your unit for those two values.
