[arm-allstar] Need some troubleshooting help with Allstar/RPi2/888 w/ FOB

Thank you Doug - I'll set it usb, and invertptt to 1 as noted. The radio
was one of the last from Devon before he stopped (understandably).

I also saw the thread with Nathaniel, and will check the rx transmit once
we get back to hearing audio - this is likely the reason we couldn't talk
back (had no idea how that menu option worked - I poked in it before but
was lost).

Being new to ham radio (been listening for months, but just got my ticket
earlier this month) it's like jumping into ice water - really no idea what
to expect. I guess dad figured I've been in IT for over 20 years, this
should be a piece of cake, but until today it was like being blind and
trying to drive a car.

Tonight was massive progress (in that we know the hardware works) - it's
down to getting the right settings and we're good :)
