[arm-allstar] Two node system

Hi Robert,

Make sure an entry is made on the rpt.conf for each of the node. This is done under the [nodes] section
Node1 = radio at 127.0.0.1/node1,NONE
Node2 = radio at 127.0.0.1/node2,NONE
Save the file and Restart asterisk
