Hi Levi,
Yes, the Mastr II hardware will work fine with the hamvoip release, I've
got several setup.
First, I need more details about the hardware (which exciter you've got,
in particular). If you've got model numbers, or combination numbers,
that'll probably tell me what's needed.
To use DSP tone decode, you've currently got to use the chan_usbradio
channel driver. This driver is somewhat marginal on the RPi2, due to the
lack of CPU horsepower.
