[arm-allstar] good source for usb soundcards

Im looking for a good source to find the usb soundcards (Amazon / Ebay) 
that aren't
the version that are potted.

I got luck with a couple the sabrent brand usb-sbcv with the chip open 
at 8 bucks
and some change,

But the last batch I ordered were cheaper 1.81 each (sanoxy brand) and 
were potted. ordered a
dozen of those at least I wasn't out alot of $$$

Are there specific ones to avoid that other users have already come into 
the same situation
