[arm-allstar] Echolink Sometimes Not Loading

Thanks, David. Good to know others are experiencing the same thing. Thought
I'd done something (else) wrong <grin>.  I don't use Echolink that often,
but I have one friend that I can't convince to move to Allstar... maybe one
of these days he will see the light.

Would you mind sharing your restart script? Looks like a handy work-around.
