[arm-allstar] Important wireless update -again!

Looks like the Sy did the trick on the download. It appears that there is
one more step afterward?
"Uncomment the right regulatory domain in /etc/conf.d/wireless-regdom.
It will automatically be set on boot." See copy-and-paste of output below.
