Colin,
Our image is very easy to setup. What node radio are you using? I would recommend not mixing older or other config files with ours at least not until you have it running. It should just come up and work. We use simpleusb by default which requires a COS line from the radio.
What do you mean by timeout on receive? This is when the node radio is transmitting? Red light on the URI is lit?
I would be glad to work with you on this if you want via telephone which is much easier. Let me know.

Could anyone provide any pointers on setting up a pi3 and a URI? I had the whole rig running with raspian all-star and decided to try this version out for the WiFi functionality. It communicates with the radio (cdm1250) on transmit, but when receiving seems to time out after a second or so. I have been through the config a few times, using all default, and then trying some modified iterations. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Colin

Yes, I didn't catch that. In your example you had both the pseudo and simpleusb drivers defined in the second node. you can only have one at a time.
Each node could have a separate ID though. Using no extent.
