[arm-allstar] Allmon2 not working on Beagle Bone Black

Wouldn't you know it, I remembered that I had a Pi 2 sitting on one of
local tower sites, running smokeping for a microwave hop. So I re-purposed
it for Allstar, threw on the Allstar image and all is good with the world!

I can see the voter page now with no problem. I'm waiting for my other RTCM
to get here and we'll see if this thing will work before I put it on the
site for testing.
