[arm-allstar] irlp on rasberry pi 3

I have a question on this. I know the older legacy  PC SW that had the 
embedded bridge had a problem where IRLP audio levels would jump and 
down every so often.

Will the Pi code have this fixed?

looking forward to trying this out.
