[arm-allstar] When I try to connect to some nodes it states "connection failed."

Hi Mark,

I just looked over your on-line stats and I think you're properly 
registered, etc....I suspect a problem with the distant node, but, what 
are the node numbers you're having trouble with, when trying to connect?
