[arm-allstar] Trying to connect two nodes

Yes, if your node has a private IP address from the router, you need to
setup UDP port forwarding for port 4569 in the router to the IP address of
our node.
Also, if running DHCP, make sure the router hands out the same IP address
for you node at all times.
