[arm-allstar] Package Repository

Dave,

 YES, there will be a repository at hamvoip to eliminate that problem. Whether or not it will be in the next beta I am not sure but it will be here soon and definitely in version 2.0.

For now use pacman -Sy <packagename>  

This should work in most cases but if not it will tell you. Also always have a backup image just in case.

At some point I remember hearing some mention of having a fixed package
repository for pacman to use. That way, packages could be installed
without trying to upgrade the whole system which can cause breakage.  Is
this a thing yet? I can't find the e-mail on it.
