[arm-allstar] allstarlink auto updates missing node

Hi Barry,

Your 27370 node isn't getting properly registered, as of the time I'm 
writing this message. Please check the iax.conf file for the proper 
credentials. If you're sure the iax info is correct, and have tried reboot 
the node hardware, I suspect ISP or router problems not letting the UDP 
traffic pass properly; try rebooting routers or contacting the ISP.

>From the asterisk command prompt you can check registration status, etc.

Note that the stats.allstarlink.org website pulls data from a different
database than the current registration database. So, if you've -ever- had
the node in question registered, and the node is sending out stats data,
it'll show up on the stats page. Don't use the stats page as an indication
of proper registations. However, this page does show properly registered
nodes (with a green background):
