[arm-allstar] URIx GPIO use

Greetings everyone.
I'm looking for some guidance on manipulating the gpio pins that are
available in the URIx.
It would be particularly nice to learn how to tie configurations of those
gpio pins to a *5x macro, if such a thing is possible.
