[arm-allstar] Problem setting up Broadcastify

I'm running rpi2 v1.0 image, 1 radio node, 1 psudo node.

After following the broadcastify how to, everything appeared to
install correctly.  I received an email from broadcastify that my feed
came up for the first time and then I got an email that it went down 1
minute later.  I cannot get it back on.

The error listed in /tmp/stream.status is:
/usr/bin/lame: error while loading shared libraries: libncursesw.so.6:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Looking at linux command "ps ax", I have 3 of the 4 processes, this
one is missing:
/usr/bin/lame --preset cbr 16 -r -m m -s 8 --bitwidth 16 - -

I am a beginner linux user. Thank you in advance for any help.
