Joe,
Goggle voice no longer works. If you want voice ID you need to use the Alison voice. Say no to TTS in the setup.
If you want to do it manually see the TTS howto on the web page. You edit the combine.sh script to make up your call and then run that script to create the ID.
This will be corrected in the next update.

Subject: [arm-allstar] Setting up Node on BBB
Folks,
To diagnose a problem with my node, I decided to take a spare micro SD card and put the BBB image onto it. After running firsttime.sh, I went through the process without any problem until I got to the section of creating the voice ID. The first time I
set up the node in February 2015, I had zero problems. Setting up the node on the BBB with a new image I get an error.
Error is:
Creating sound file - please wait
mv: cannot stat ‘/tmp/tts/audio1053.ul’: No such file or directory
sox FAIL formats: can't open input file `/tmp/node-id.ul': No such file or directory
mv: cannot stat ‘/tmp/node-id.gsm’: No such file or directory
The voice announcement is using the default WA3XYZ. I seem to recall some emails going back and forth a few months ago. Did we lose the ability to create the voice ID?
For now, I'll go back to the original SD card...
Thanks and 73,
