[arm-allstar] Setting up Node on BBB

Folks,
To diagnose a problem with my node, I decided to take a spare micro SD card and put the BBB image onto it. After running firsttime.sh, I went through the process without any problem until I got to the section of creating the voice ID. The first time I set up the node in February 2015, I had zero problems. Setting up the node on the BBB with a new image I get an error.
Error is:

Creating sound file - please wait
mv: cannot stat ‘/tmp/tts/audio1053.ul’: No such file or directory
sox FAIL formats: can't open input file `/tmp/node-id.ul': No such file or directory
mv: cannot stat ‘/tmp/node-id.gsm’: No such file or directory

The voice announcement is using the default WA3XYZ. I seem to recall some emails going back and forth a few months ago. Did we lose the ability to create the voice ID?

For now, I'll go back to the original SD card...
