[arm-allstar] minicom and Rpi2

Okay thanks for the patience all. I just got it to work FB. The device was
incorrect in the modem device settings in minicom. I thought I had tried
that setting earlier but apparently not. I set it to ttyUSB0 and that fixed
it. Maybe I forgot to save it when I set it to that yesterday.
