Hi Jon,

On the AllStar end, setting linktolink=yes only changes the operation of
nodes running in mode duplex=0 or duplex=1 (as set in the rpt.conf file).  
If the AllStar node has duplex >= 2, enabling linktolink is redundant. I'm
basing this comment on a review of the source code.
