[arm-allstar] What does linktolink do??? was: TX Inhibit

[REDBUTTON_CTRL]

The Link to link option was also introduced so you can connect a node 
directly to a hardware repeater controller and have a full duplex 
connection.

This allows the hardware controller to command the node even when its 
transmitting to the controller.
Both the node and the controller must be set for full duplex.
