[arm-allstar] arm-allstar Digest, Vol 21, Issue 5

Ebay's a marvelous place. Well, for remote base use the one he's selling
is probably adequate. All I was doing with mine was fitting it inside
the FT-857D, which would be my remote base. I have Micom-2 in the car,
so I'm all set there. I attached the board layout. The dimensions are
1.7" X 1.1". I may use surface mount IC's, but keep using 1/0 watt
resistors so my fingers can still put it together.

George, I changed the subject on this thread. Great on your experiments.
By all means keep us informed. I am sure there are many others
interested in this topic. I would be glad to publish your info on the
web page when you get to that point. There is a great deal of info on
the internet on this - google 'SSB syllabic squelch' Also an ebay kit
but I have no idea how well it really works -
