[arm-allstar] RPI3 apt-rpt ARM support of the Doug Hall RPi3

Looking for help.
"remote = rbi" in the rpt.conf file causes constant application restart (probably a core dump). 
"remote = xcat" allows the apt-rpt application to run without restart but obviously does not work with rbi.
As-built specs
RPi3 " 4.1.19-5-ARCH #1 SMP Tue Mar 15 19:59:28 MDT 2016 armv7l GNU/Linux "3 X URIx usb interfaces plugged directly into the RPi3, 1 each to a "Kenwood TKR-851"," Kenwood TKR-750" and "Doug Hall RBI-1" all set to use simple usb.
Looking for advice from people of knowledge on how to configure GPio pins from URIx to communicate to RBI and configuration for rpt.conf to communicate from RPi3 to URIx. I know that i did this successfully with a similar build using an application on a linux computer application called "thelinkbox".
