[arm-allstar] DSTAR correction

hello all

I have the original code for that for dstar clients from scott ki4lkf.
dplus_client
dextra_client
dcs_donlge_client

to make it work they would just have to be modified to talk to ambe 
server (dv3000 dongle nwdigital)
insteadof ascpseriald for which there is no source code which was for 
the old blue dongle with ambe dv2000 chip.

but would still be able to use the chan_dstar.c or maybe modified a 
little for
chan_usrp.c

then it would be able to be complied for the arm systems's.

think about it let me know i have to code on one of my drives i am one 
of the few that scott gave
that code to i was one of his beta sites's.
