[arm-allstar] SD card won't ship to Hawaii - was: Hamvoip V1.5 release

When I encounter "won't ship to Hawaii" I usually contact the seller. I
explain that USPS priority flat rate costs the same to ship to Hawaii as
anywhere else in the U.S. Most sellers apologize for the unreasonable
restriction and change their policy. I remember one east coast seller who
refused, citing unspecified problems. As if a buyer with an issue in Hawaii
would be more difficult to deal with than a buyer with the same issue in
California. I am not sure why so many sellers have this restriction
seemingly out of habit. My perception is that it's more common with east
coast sellers. Unfortunate and unreasonable. But I am doing what I can to
fix it, one seller at a time.
