[arm-allstar] Trying to set up Zoiper...

Hello,
I am very excited to have set up my first allstar simplex node set up.  I
am running a modified sound fob connected to a PI3 and Baofeng 888.
Everything there works great! I have been trying to set up zoiper to work
with my node and despite following the instructions listed on Doug's site
am still not able to connect.  I can't get zoiper to register; it times out
and gives me an error 13.

What I've done:
Modified iax.conf and extensions.conf using Bernie's PDF instructions.
Forwarded the 4569 port in my router to the lan ip of my PI3.  In zoiper
settings, tried connecting to both my local and wan address...
Checked to make sure that port 4569 is open.  I did so using netstat.
In zoiper, I've tried switching off 'random port' and assigning it 4569,
and also as default, with random ports assigned.

I have played around quite a bit and tried different settings in both my
android zoiper client and in the iax.conf file.  So far I am running into a
brick wall.  Any suggestions for something to try would be greatly
appreciated!  I am new to this, so it is possible that I am overlooking
something completely obvious...
