[arm-allstar] Callsign connect/disconnect messages

Simon,

 I am attaching the write nodename script I wrote over a year ago. I have
not used it in awhile but I believe others are using it successfully.
Perhaps this could help you.

I would think you should not need to refresh this very often. If you hear a
node that has not been defined then you can just write that node with this
script.

Run the script without any options for help.
