[arm-allstar] Callsign connect/disconnect messages

Hi all

I have written a script which automatically builds the callsign ulaw files
in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/rpt/nodenames.  It works well for a first cut
however I was wondering, should I create the files on TEMPFS with a symlink
to sounds/rpt/nodenames?  That way I would avoid large writes to the SD
card.  It seems to me that there are very few SD card writes in this
Allstar build and I want to stay within this guideline.

Because there are >6000 callsign files the build process takes a while and
I was guessing it would normally run once per day after a refresh of
astdb.txt.
