[arm-allstar] Web page updates

I have added and changed several things on the hamvoip.org web page.

- Added more modification details and photos on the Baofeng 888 howto page.

- Added more user photos on the portable node howto.

- Corrected the link for the playnews howto.

- Updated the Allmon2 howto to make it more clear.

  Allmon2 is pre-installed on all hamvoip.org RPi2-3 versions. There is NO need to download anything. Just follow the simple instructions on the howto page. The README in the allmon2 directory is very generic and describes how to install it from scratch on other systems. Please ignore these instruction as noted at the top of the README as they are not needed on any hamvoip system.
Please refresh your browser especially on PDF's to see the changes.
