[arm-allstar] Audio delay

Hello all,

I have three repeaters running RPI2 on Hamvoip v1.0 for close to a year 
now without any problems.
Recently I upgraded one of the repeater from  v1.0 to v1.02b. The main 
reason to upgrade was to
remove the audio delay that we all know about.  But after the upgrade 
there is still some audio delay
present. For example when I release the PTT I can still hear part of the 
last word I said.

What should be the expected delay with v1.02b?
Is there anything I should check or that I have overlooked?
I kept the same configuration that I had under v1.0
Would it be better if I ran v1.02b on a PI 3 instead of 2?
Because I have a PI3 here sitting doing nothing, I am tempted
to give it a try...
