[arm-allstar] CW timing question: tomorse program

For anyone want to try out tomorse, here is how to get, compile and
install it for now:
login as root and run (cut and paste should work!):
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mathuin/tomorse/master/tomorse.c
gcc -O3 tomorse.c -o tomorse -lm -lsndfile
mv tomorse /usr/local/bin
