[arm-allstar] bbb Initial setup

Hi Doug,
No I didn't, I had it in my head that it would carry on with the script
as I was sure the earlier scripts did.
I have change the ip address to static and when I set up the ip address
netmask and gateway, it then asked if I wanted to carry on with the node
set up Y or N I typed Y and it rebooted.
it then sits at the bbb-allstar prompt, not a login prompt
I'll try it with putty
