[arm-allstar] RPi2-3 V1.02beta - Initial Setup - Bluetooth Drivers?

We don't have Bluetooth support in there as yet but I suspect it will be in the near future. While the kernel is updated in the 1.02 beta the packages are not. Also even in the general community on the Pi3 (Ubuntu Mate, etc.) Bluetooth is not yet without problems. I think we will wait for things to settle down a little.

After initial success with Wifi, thought I'd see if I could get the Pi3 to recognize a bluetooth keyboard. This one isn't quite as easy... I can't seem to get the bluetoothctl command to work. Does this need to be loaded manually? If so, what is the procedure?
Thanks!
