[arm-allstar] connection problems on a LAN

I have 2 RPIs running on the same LAN.  
Both are static IP:RPI-1     IP=192.168.1.201                 Node 42147  

RPI-2   IP=192.168.1.202          Server name=w0iycpu
              Node 42186  
              Node 42187  


In rpt.conf (42147)[nodes]
;42147 = radio at 127.0.0.1/42147,NONE
42147 = radio at 127.0.0.1:4569/42147,NONE   ;W0IY (1st node)
42186 = radio at 192.168.1.202:4568/42186,NONE   ;W0IYCPU UHF Simplex
42187 = radio at 192.168.1.202:4568/42187,NONE   ;W0IYCPU 902 Repeater

In rpt.conf (42186)[nodes]
42147 = radio at 192.168.1.201:4569/42186,NONE   ;W0IY (1st node)
42186 = radio at 127.0.0.1:4568/42186,NONE   ;W0IYCPU UHF Simplex
42187 = radio at 127.0.0.1:4568/42187,NONE   ;W0IYCPU 902 Repeater

That is a lot of detail, but it all appears to be relevant.Any assistance is appreciated.
