[arm-allstar] Zoiper IOS version

It was suggested that I first try my internal ip address over wifi.
I tried it two ways. First I used my internal node address with port 4569
then I tried my internal gateway address with port 4569
Nothing works!
I triple checked the entries in iax.conf and extensions.conf
I still get registration error 29
What does error 29 mean?
has anybody got this to work on their iphone?

I followed Doug's howto document to install the Zoiper app to connect to my node 
with the smartphone wifi turned off which forces the data to go to my verizon data plan and using the correct external ip and iax port number, etc. etc.
 it will not register

The only difference I found in the instructions from the phone is that there is no save settings, as when you press register they seemed to be saved. I did all the edits to iax.conf and extensions.conf then rebooted the node.

Any thoughts on what might be wrong?
