[arm-allstar] URI stops

Years ago I saw a gizmo somebody built that watches the URI green light with
a photocell and, if it stops blinking, an output is generated that can (for
example) reboot the computer. Google has not managed to find it however :(

 

If you are happy to connect wires, I am sure the GPIO of the URI could be
toggled under program control and supervised by an external timer.

 

OF course, swapping the URI and/or BBB (especially SD card) might just make
the problem go away. BBB is especially picky about power supply too ..
