[arm-allstar] possiable solution for google text to speach issue.

Thanks for the info Doug. From what I have been finding on the web there is no mention of it having to be usbradio or it is such a small blurb I missed it. 
So far all the equipment I have the enc/dec is built in but if I go down to 2 or 440 I will need the enc/dec. 
I knew a SK who was in broadcast radio and was picky as well. I want good sounding audio as well.  
Once again thanks for all of your assistance.

Google put the stops on repetitive lookups and once they see the load go up with this method it is likely they will put the stops on it also. The bottom line is I don't think we can depend on it to keep working.
