[arm-allstar] DTMF function Command Question

During a discussion at our weekly coffee clutch this morning it was 
asked if the "Disconnect all links" function pertained to all links 
connected?
Or only those your node actually initiated a connection with?

Also when using the Permanent Link function for a link connect will this 
remain connected or reconnect unless you use the Disconnect Permanent 
link function?

Can someone in the know clarify Please... Things are a bit vague to some 
of us newer users?

I realize some things are a matter of preference but need to ask, Is 
there a reason the ARM function list uses different numbers than what is 
shown at allstarlink.org.
I assume if using different Allstar servers, Acid, Pi and Beaglebones 
the function lists can be made uniform without breaking things 
elsewhere. Correct?
