[arm-allstar] Recompile

Hi Doug,

We spoke this morning over allstar about a similar topic, so I'll
piggy-back this thread. I am looking to upgrade asterisk/allstar on my
beagle bone black.

If I understand it correctly, the latest code is in the raspberry pi image
from this url:
http://hamvoip.org/RPi2/RPi2_V1.0_Allstar.zip
Is that correct? I noticed the Beagle Bone Black image has version 1.2.1,
so it seemed like it might actually be more recent.

Plan is to download the RPi image and copy the code to the BBB, recompile,
reinstall.
