I am not generally supporting it though. It is written in bash script so some knowledge of that is necessary to understand it. I will try to document it a bit but no guarantees on its usefulness in for your particular application. It runs from a cron job for start time and gives pre-warn messages and then breaks the 30-40 minute broadcast into about 2.5 minute segments with breaks which is necessary for repeaters and node timeout avoidance.
