[arm-allstar] wx script setup

You should not get any error.  So if you type:

           wx_config.sh

You get an error?  what happens if you type:

           bash /usr/local/bin/wx_config.sh

The only time I have ever seen this behavior is when the filesystem is
corrupt.  Can you cut and paste the full error message? and also if the
second command gives you an error message.
